TEAM BIOS
Kelsey is a full stack software engineer and results-oriented leader with more than a decade of technical industry experience. Kelsey earned a Bachelor’s in Computer Science at the University of Waterloo where she excelled in their rigorous internship program. She first learned to work on large scale systems at Amazon and Pinterest. Her experience in the fintech space at Scratch with strong engineering peers, allowed her to really hone in on her critical thinking and design robust solutions.
Kelsey then founded Stemmler Technologies and has since been consulting with tech companies on a diverse set of projects. She has grown the business by leading all-female engineering teams for her clients. Her strong organization, communication and people skills make her a pleasure to work with.
Meghan is a software engineer with experience managing products and owning deliverables in all phases of the product development life cycle in start-up and corporate environments, as well as government agencies. With an interdisciplinary design background, she is passionate about user experience and is guided by empathy for users.
Meghan has over ten years experience in geospatial technology, and her experience developing multiple mapping applications has honed her ability to work with and clearly communicate complex data to a variety of audiences.
